The recently opened Annenberg Community Beach House needed an event brochure to attract people to host their weddings, anniversaries and corporate parties there. This space has seen many lives, but is best known as Marion Davies estate in the 1930s where hollywood's elite would party by the sea. Printed on 100% recycled paper with soy inks, this brochure mixes the look of old hollywood glamour with the contemporary design of the renovation. An illustrated map created by local artist Doug Jamieson highlights the various event spaces throughout the property.
